I’m Jade! A passionate vinyasa-style yoga teacher, licensed chiropractor, and certified acupuncturist dedicated to helping others find balance in body, mind, and spirit.

My goal is to create a space where you can explore your personal path to wellness and leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and grounded.

When I’m not in the studio or clinic, you’ll find me unwinding with my furry friend, Finn, or getting lost in the pages of a good book. I believe that a life well-lived is one filled with movement, curiosity, and moments of stillness.

If you’re new to yoga, seeking relief from pain, or simply looking for a way to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My name is Nikki, a certified yoga teacher in St.Pete! My classes are a  blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to create challenging and inspirational experiences.

I'm also a dedicated real estate agent, balancing my passion for yoga with helping clients find their dream homes.

My inclusive approach welcomes yogis of all levels to explore balance and inner peace. I'm actively involved with yoga community events in St. Pete, including donation-based brewery yoga, dog yoga, and kitten yoga. 

Hi, I’m Nicci! I’m a 200-hour certified Vinyasa yoga instructor through Beach Town Yoga.

Outside the studio, I create content and host A Glow State of Mind podcast where I share messages of positivity, wellness, and intentional living.

Hi! I’m Brittany. A St. Pete–based yoga teacher who believes movement should feel like both a challenge and a celebration.

I completed my 200-hour training in 2023 and have been blending powerful flows with breath, intention, and a whole lot of joy ever since. My classes are all about helping you get out of your head and into your body, whether you’re sweating, laughing, or melting into savasana.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, energized, and a little more like your real self.

When I’m not teaching, I’m ocean dipping, paddleboarding, curating playlists, creating wellness content, or taking long coffee walks with my rescue pup, Piper.

Hi, I’m Taylor, a passionate power yoga teacher with a love for intentional movement and holistic health.

My journey with yoga began over six years ago and has evolved into a powerful, strength-focused practice rooted in clarity, transformation, and resilience.

Outside the studio, I work with Chuga Life, a wellness-based supplement company that reflects my commitment to living a full-spectrum, healthy life.

Hey, I’m Courtney! A yoga teacher, embodiment guide, and teacher trainer with over a decade of experience in the wellness space.

My classes blend power-based movement, mindful strength, and self-inquiry. I believe yoga is a powerful tool for reconnection with your body, your breath, and your story.

Through shadow work and somatic awareness, I help students build resilience and explore transformation on and off the mat.

I’m a beach lover, plant mama, and wellness adventurer who lives fully and playfully, with purpose at the heart of it all. Whether you’re brand new or deep in your practice, I’m here to help you feel more like you.

Hi, I’m Natalie! I’ve been in love with yoga since 2018, when I first stepped into a studio and something just clicked. I graduated from YTT in November 2024 and haven’t stopped sharing the magic since.

I have an equal love for both power vinyasa, and meditative yin 🧘‍♀️✨ either way, you can always expect a motivational pep talk from me!

I truly believe in yoga as a path to healing from within, and I feel deeply called to guide others back home to themselves... breath by breath, moment by moment.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching with the simple belief that “if you can breathe, you can do yoga.” My goal as your guide is to get you moving and, most importantly, breathing.

As a proud St. Pete local (SPHS class of ’89!), I’ve witnessed our ’burg evolve over the last five decades and I’ve seen how yoga can transform body, mind, and spirit at any age. Yogi’s are ageless, after all.

​

I specialize in creating inclusive spaces for underserved communities; 55+, recovery and addiction, GLBQTA, HIV-positive and yes, if you want your butt kicked, yoga does that too. On the mat, expect everything from power vinyasa to slow flows, always different, always intentional.

Off the mat, you’ll find me dancing to house music, nerding out on plants in my yard, or hanging with my husband Rob and our dachshunds, Dewey and Felix.
